A light and zesty new quinoa bowl featuring a flavorful grilled chicken made with our special house chicken marinade over a bed of our Santa Fe veggies, which includes, beans, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, onions and a special blend of herbs and spices with a lemon zest.
We've used the Santa Fe mix for several menu items and it is such a flexible and flavorful recipe in our kitchen that I just had to try it with our new bowl. When served over a bed of quinoa, the chicken and the Santa Fe flavor really start to shine.
