Perfect for a group
Our sous chef told us that when we move into our new kitchen our first item would be a delicious chicken marinade paired with a sweet Thai chili sauce that he learned during his travels.
We grilled up his recipe and sent out samples to frequent customers and it has since been a hit. This combo platter is an extension of the skewer platter we offer and it includes white lightly buttered rice and grilled cherry tomatoes.
Perfect as a complete meal for a group of about 10 adults, simply add beverages and some sweets to make it complete.
The chicken cooked is the same our our skewer platter, just with our delicious buttery white rice.
