    Light and Flavorful

    The bruschetta platter is one of our favorite antipasto (starter dish) from Italy. We prepare a delicious garlic bread topped with olive oil to enjoy with fresh diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic, onion and a 'Cali' addition of avocados all marinated in an aged balsamic mix. 

    A light vegetarian meal that can be ordered as a side or as a part of a collection of dishes to be offered as a buffet style lunch.
